About Last Stop Skoolie
Your Hippie Adventure Awaits

Peter Botros and Roshan Weerasinghe are two creative entrepreneurs from Staten Island, NY.
Peter has been involved in the restaurant industry from a very young age, and his passion for food and hospitality, coupled with his entrepreneurism, led him to establishing a wide variety of restaurants within Staten Island, and the latest even expanding into New Jersey. The restaurant group is known as ‘Bread and Butter Hospitality’, consisting of 15 restaurants as of now, each with different concepts such as Upscale American/Italian, Southern Comfort, and Mexican Speciality.
Originally an employee for Bread and Butter Hospitality, Roshan always had a keen eye for creativity and overseeing business operations. His background consists of digital marketing and design.
Roshan and Peter eventually became partners in an AIRBNB venture in the Catskill Mountains, where Peter actually owns 2 more restaurants. This quaint cozy cabin which sits on 5 acres has been a successful venture for the two, and a couple months later was when they decided to start this school bus transformation. Along with some help from their friend, Juan (JMS2Bros), they were able to completely renovate a full size school bus into a fully off grid tiny home on wheels.
